20,000 Leagues | Cherry Creek Arts Festival
We created an underwater adventure and a cast of seaworthy companions! Hosted by Crab & Slug (Jonathan Taylor & Cole Huling), we told tales of the sea: The Widow of Captain Jim (Jimmy Slonina & Ariele Ebacher), 20,000 Loops Under the Sea (starring Yo-Yo Guy John Higby), The Shape of Water and more. These pop-up performances brought the promise of an ocean breeze to a hot summer festival! Other featured performers: Ursula Gueringer on vocals & saw, Jan Damm on diablo & rolabola, Jeff Paley on giant bubbles, Mike Huling, Tim Wilkinson, Staza Stone & Gale Force as jellyfish stilt walkers.
